FAQ

Items purchased on our website can be returned within 14 days . Items that are returned must be in perfect condition ,odour free and with all tags still attached. Please include a note with your name and return address in returned parcel. 

Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without any postal labels (please send it inside additional packaging). Shoebox fees will be deducted from any refund when footwear is returned in a damaged shoebox or without the original shoebox.  

We do not refund SALE items however we will offer an exchange or store credit.

We aim to ship out all deilverys next day though sometimes can take upto 4 days before we ship, if you need an item for a specific date please contact us we will do our best to help.

items are usually shipped through an post and take 1-2 days to deliver in Ireland 

items to the UK usually take 3-5 days

During busier seasons , or for bigger parcels we tend to ship with DPD which takes 2 days to UK and 1 day to Ireland.
